Pilates is a practice I truly love because it combines strength, flexibility, and mindful movement in a way that suits everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. Whether on the mat or using the reformer, Pilates helps improve range or motion, core stability and overall body awareness, making daily activities easier and reducing the risk of injury.​

Located in Kiltimagh, the heart of Mayo, our studio provides a space for mind-body connection. Our services include both private and small group Pilates, Functional strength & Functional range conditioning sessions tailored to individuals of all fitness levels.

Welcome to our training program! Our schedule includes lower body workouts on Mondays, upper body sessions on Wednesdays, and full body training on Fridays, complemented by team workouts on Saturdays. This plan promotes optimum recovery while allowing for increased frequency, intensity, and volume. Experience greater flexibility and structure in your fitness journey with us!

Welcome to your Monday workout! Today, we're focusing on lower body exercises incorporate a blend of compound movements and mobility drills. Get ready to strengthen your legs and improve your for a well-rounded session. 

WEDNESDAY

06:15 - 20:15

Welcome to Wednesday! Today, we’re diving into upper body exercises designed to strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders, and back. Also incorporating mobility drills to enhance flexibility, mobility and prevent injuries. 

FRIDAY

06:15 - 20:15

Fridays are all about full-body workouts that engage every muscle group, including your core! This is the perfect way to end the week strong, ensuring you build strength and stability.

SATURDAY

08:15 - 11:15

Join us this Saturday for a team-based high-intensity workout session! We’ll focus on more reps and sets at an elevated intensity, ensuring it's both challenging and suitable for beginners.
